Our client is seeking a self-driven Platform Operations & Enablement Project Manager to own day-to-day operational support for our automation platform and digital workforce. This individual... contributor role requires strong technical aptitude, the ability to work independently, and comfort navigating a highly complex ecosystem of applications, stakeholders, and automation processes.The Project Manager will offload operational workload from senior leaders, maintain platform hygiene, and ensure consistent visibility into enablement, non-delivery work, and RPA ecosystem health.Key Responsibilities-Serve as the primary operational point of contact for platform and automation inquiries.-Own daily platform operations, including intake management, tracking, follow-ups, and dependency coordination.-Manage operational oversight for ~150 RPA ?digital workers,? including access audits, ID recertifications, and onboarding/offboarding.-Maintain Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence for platform enablement and non-delivery (non-feature) work.-Ensure operational tasks, enablement efforts, and documentation are accurate, up to date, and easily visible to stakeholders.-Support special projects such as platform transitions, tooling changes, and process improvements (e.g., vaulting migrations).-Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, RTEs, network, and infra teams to resolve operational issues.-Participate in technical meetings when needed and provide basic tooling understanding (primarily UI Path;)-Identify operational gaps, streamline handoffs, and proactively surface risks or issues.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
