Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an HR Technology professional to serve as the liaison between Human Resources and IT. This individual will support HR systems, partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve HR processes, and help deliver HR technology initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Partner with HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Development.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support, administer, and enhance HR technology platforms, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate HRIS upgrades, implementations, integrations, and system improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.
• Support project delivery by working with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Assist with evaluating new HR technologies and AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS or HR technology platforms.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (any module experience is acceptable).
• Experience supporting, administering, configuring, or enhancing HR systems.
• Strong understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, payroll, talent management, compensation, or employee lifecycle management.
• Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Employee Central experience.
• Workday, ADP, Concur, or other HCM platform experience.
• HRIS implementation or integration experience.
• Exposure to AI, automation, chatbots, or workforce analytics.
Vendor management experience.
