Throughout each Program Increment, the RTE will actively monitor progress across roughly five Agile teams (with the potential to support more as work grows). This includes tracking delivery status in Jira, reviewing dashboards and metrics, and helping teams manage dependencies, risks, and blockers that could impact timelines. As issues come up, the RTE will help coordinate conversations across teams, escalate when needed, and work with the right partners to keep work moving forward. A large part of the role is making sure information is clear and accessible, maintaining documentation in Confluence, ensuring Jira stories and projects are structured correctly, and helping teams tell a clear story about their work through data. This person will also spend time communicating progress and concerns to leadership and stakeholders. This often means pulling data into Excel, creating summaries or presentations in PowerPoint, and translating delivery details into clear, understandable updates.
