Job Description
Insight Global are seeking a strategic and hands-on Program Manager / Portfolio Manager to help lead one of the organization's most critical technology transformation initiatives focused on Claims Automation and AI-enabled claims recommendation capabilities.
This role requires an individual who can operate effectively at both the executive and delivery levels. The ideal candidate will drive portfolio strategy, manage large-scale budgets, establish KPIs and success metrics, partner with senior leadership, and dive deep into program execution to proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a large-scale enterprise program focused on Claims Automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner directly with senior executives and business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and program outcomes.
• Manage program budgets ranging from $10M-$20M.
• Establish and track program KPIs, milestones, financials, and overall portfolio health.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across processes, teams, and delivery models.
• Drive governance, executive reporting, and strategic planning activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.
• Provide proactive risk management and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Analyze program performance and operational metrics to make data-driven recommendations.
• Balance strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement in delivery execution when needed.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, or Enterprise Delivery Leadership.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, large-scale technology programs.
• Experience managing budgets between $10M-$20M.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proven experience defining and tracking KPIs, milestones, and program performance metrics.
• Ability to operate strategically while also diving into program details when necessary.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced experience with Jira and portfolio reporting.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience supporting claims processing, healthcare operations, or payer technology initiatives.
• Clarity PPM experience.
• Exposure to AI/ML programs or intelligent automation initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred.
