This person needs strong attention to detail, a high aptitude for problem solving, and must have strong process and systems orientation. Time management is critical as priorities and responsibilities shift very quickly, on top of the regular monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and reporting requirements. The client is in a period of rapid growth based on new funds being raised, so the individual must be able to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
