As an HR Generalist at a 24/7 manufacturing site, you?ll be working in a unique, two-system environment where policies and processes from different sides overlap and are continuing to evolve.... Day-to-day, you?ll handle things like comp planning, employee increases, and managing job requisitions and postings. You?ll spend a good amount of time in Workday and SAP creating offers, pulling reports, and helping managers with various HR tasks. A big part of the role involves working with policies?updating them, cleaning them up, and helping transition company-specific guidelines (like harassment, vacation, and other workplace policies) into the broader company framework as part of a larger change-management effort. You?ll also be a go-to resource for employees, answering questions about policies, benefits, and general workplace topics, all while supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
