This position is responsible for developing and maintaining facilities and production equipment across the site. The role ensures all equipment runs efficiently, meets safety standards, and complies with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and managing new equipment installations. This is a tool-ownership role, not a design-focused engineering position. Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required to coordinate with production, maintenance, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines. This position also involves ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations, including participation in the site?s ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.This is a permanent position, 5 days a week onsite in Charlotte, NC. The salary range is $90,000-$142,000.
