Key Responsibilities:- Lead ISO 50001 compliance and all aspects of the Energy Management System (EnMS).- Develop and maintain EnPIs, baselines, and improvement targets.- Monitor and analyze energy metrics to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.- Oversee integration of energy monitoring software and dashboards.- Coordinate and review site-wide energy audits for industrial systems (e.g., heating, compressed air, ventilation, pumps, fans).- Create energy management strategies based on audits, data trends, and organizational objectives.- Support budgeting for energy costs and implement M&V strategies to validate savings.- Partner with procurement on energy supplier contract negotiations.- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary energy team.- Engage external partners (suppliers, consultants, contractors) to enhance energy performance.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
