This is an onsite role 4 days at week in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The hourly rate for this position ranges from 36-41 depending on experience. The ideal candidate has around 3 years of experience working within enterprise companies or telecom. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, execute, and deploy customer and operational communications related to service changes, required actions, pricing updates, and incident notifications.Build and execute email campaigns using marketing automation tools (primarily Eloqua).Write clear, concise, and compliant customer communications with no promotional or sales-oriented language.Support urgent and emergency communications, including rapid turnaround messaging for network incidents or service disruptions.Manage email distribution lists and campaign setup using Excel-based data (including formatting, segmentation, and validation).Track and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, engagement, and customer actions taken.Format and maintain reports using Excel and email analytics to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned to operational requirements.Support continuous improvement of communication processes and execution standards.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
