Own the RMA feedback loop, analyzing field returns and customer-reported issues to perform root cause analysis and ensure findings are integrated into engineering cycles for product improvements and future hardware iterations.? Implement and drive quality processes aligned with ISO 9001 for the transition from prototype to mass production, including documenting inspection procedures and validation protocols for new components.?
