An international law firm is looking for an IAM analyst to join their Security team. The Firm has more than 1,300 lawyers and has offices that span the globe from Boston, New York, Beijing, Brussels,... This role will be 3 days onsite in NYC and the remaining 2 days remote, with the exception of the first two weeks of training which will be 4 days onsite. This role will join a team of two resources responsible for IAM operational tasks in Entra/Active Directory and special projects. They will be responsible for responding to IAM tickets that come through, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the appropriate approval processes are in place, certificates, adding accounts, granting access, etc. They are mostly onprem AD but there will be some in Azure EntraID. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity & Access Administration-Perform user and account administration in on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID-Add, modify, and remove user accounts, groups, and access rights- Execute approved access requests (does user already have access, grant access, troubleshoot access issues)- Support joiner / mover / leaver activities through ticketed workflows-Work primarily in an administrative capacity, following established proceduresTicket & Operational Support- Monitor and respond to IAM-related service tickets- Action access approvals and fulfill requests according to defined processes- Troubleshoot basic access issues (e.g., ?user can?t log in,? ?access not working?)- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when neededCertificates & PKI Support-Assist with certificate lifecycle tasks including: Creating and renewing certificatesSupporting PKI / certificate-based access-Handle certificate-related tickets and operational requestsAuthentication & Security Tools-Support multi-factor authentication (MFA) platforms such as Duo-Assist with access issues related to MFA enrollment and usageScripting & Automation (Light)- Use basic PowerShell scripting for: Simple administrative tasksData lookups and bulk updates-Follow existing scripts and templates (no heavy automation design required)Compensation:$50/hr to $53/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
