Insight Global is seeking an Intermediate IT Change & Incident Management Analyst to support Royal Bank of Canada within their Enterprise IT Operations and Enablement team.This role will support a... high-volume environment, managing a backlog of 500+ change requests. The consultant will be responsible for coordinating and executing low-risk IT changes, while also supporting incident-related workflows (including emergency changes and post-incident activities).The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and an excellent communicator who can manage multiple requests simultaneously while working cross-functionally with technical teams and business stakeholders.
