Insight global is looking for an operations analyst- source to pay to sit onsite in Tarrytown, NY 3 days/ week for a large pharmaceutical client. This analyst will be joining the research IT team and... will be responsible for source to pay activities for software renewal and new purchases. The Operations Analyst role is supporting vendor contracts through the full lifecycle from initial request for a purchase order through all the vendor onboarding processes resulting in a fully vetted vendor with a compliant quote or statement of work. The Operations Analyst spends most of their day processing request for statements of work from Project Managers. They will work with vendors to secure quotes for services and build out statements of work. This analyst will be working on at least 4 new requests a week and may have about 20 in flight at a single time. These requests average around 100k per contract. This role is accountable for making sure all the vendors are processed through the Data Privacy, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, and Information Security workflows. They are accountable for creating fully compliant requests for services in the tracking system. The Analyst works with Project Managers and other Operations Analysts and Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to facilitate contract review and approvals.
