This includes working with upstream and downstream teams to gather requirements, source data, and deliver end-to-end solutions. You?ll be responsible for source-to-target mapping, data validation and provisioning, and you?ll also be dissecting data coding and pulling your own data, primarily using Google BigQuery.Beyond the technical side, the role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and present information in a way that ensures clarity and alignment. You?ll need to think critically and be comfortable using various tools. ? Lead data mapping between multiple platforms, ensuring accurate source-to-target mapping.? Serve as an expert in SQL and ETL tools, supporting large-scale data transformations.? Drive system migration initiatives from on-premise platforms to cloud environments.? Collaborate with offshore teams, maintaining flexible hours to overlap with IST time zones.? Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, managing requirements and ensuring timely delivery.? Deliver results with quick turnaround times while remaining responsive and adaptable.? Work independently with minimal supervision in dynamic, less-defined environments.? Apply finance and accounting knowledge (e.g., General Ledger reconciliations, regulatory reporting) to technology-driven projects.?
