A major entertainment client with theme parks, resorts, and cruise lines is looking for a Product Manager to join the team that runs all aspects of product strategy, concept development, defining,... and implementing these initiatives in collaboration with key partners for the web and mobile apps that support guest-experiences for the parks and resorts among other guest experiences. This position will be focused on navigation and will generally lead and manage feature development and backlog, translate the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories, business requirements and other product documentation including acceptance criteria and test cases. This person will partner with design and technology teams to ensure the visual design, content strategy, copywriting and development align to the strategic vision, and contribute to developing the go to market strategy for the digital Guest or Cast experience. They will also monitor product performance, support A/B tests and recommend opportunities to enhance the Parks, Experiences and Products Digital Platforms, including mobile apps and websites.
