The Ceiling and Drywall Production Manager will be an integral part of the operation who will lead a team of Project Managers and Installation crews supporting the light gauge metal framing, drywall, and acoustical Ceilings scopes of work. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations of the business, this individual will have full responsibility for overseeing all project relationships, managing customer expectations across jobs sites, bringing projects to completion on time and under budget, maintaining high quality standards, and fostering a high-performance team-driven work culture that upholds our mission of providing best in the world project management and craftsmanship. Position Essential Duties:?Manage a team of Project Managers and dozens of projects in the market. ?Manage projects as necessary. Likely large or challenging projects. ?Responsible for the financial performance of each project. ?Ability to plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of multiple projects.?Recognize and mitigate all potential safety concerns on all active jobsites. ?Meets and exceeds all safety requirements.?Works in Cooperation with the Flooring Production Manager.Job Responsibilities:Pre-Construction?Develop and sustain strong relationships with general contractors, end-use customers, and internal team members across the company.?Plans, coordinates, and oversees all tasks, critical dates, client and third-party interface and relations, as well as performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.Construction?Supports Project Manager team relationships with General Contractors.?Oversee field operations (manpower and installations) to guarantee the work is done per plans, per project specifications, and meeting completion schedules.?Coordinate multiple installation crews and maintain job schedules.?Assists in solving all varieties of project problems.
