Each day you will begin by learning from the previous shift what activities were completed and what is still pending completion. You will also sit down with the clients leadership team to discuss any critical updates and align on priorities for that day. Strong documentation and communication skills is a must for this team as you will be responsible for providing updates to the team directly along with documentation inside of their tool. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of SPC, 5S, and FDC systems, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. This role requires interfacing with various internal and external groups to ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are met. Additionally, the candidate must adhere to all safety protocols when working around hazardous chemicals and be capable of completing documentation and training others. The position involves working compressed shifts, Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6am to 6pm. Key challenges include diagnosing equipment alarms, reading operational data, and creating action plans as needed. The Technician must be able to sustain equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment with minimal direction and use root-cause problem-solving techniques to address complex issues on semiconductor toolsets.
