Insight Global is looking for a Secret Cleared Functional Requirements Analyst to join our clients team near Scott Air Force Base in O'Fallon, IL. This person will be leading ongoing requirements... sessions with Military Service and DoD Agency stakeholders, applying deep knowledge of transportation and logistics operations across air, sea, and surface domains. The role develops use cases, BPMN process models, functional designs, and supporting documentation, while also refining backlog items such as epics, features, and user stories to ensure alignment with validated operational outcomes. The analyst facilitates WIPTs, Functional Review Boards, and Agile Change Control Boards, capturing decisions and maintaining all artifacts within government requirements tools.
