Your responsibilities will include monitoring application health and performing readiness checks across multiple critical systems, overseeing batch processes through Autosys to ensure timely completion, and responding to user queries and production incidents with urgency and precision. You will troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, manage capacity, and support the release process by handling deployments, configurations, and post-release QA analysis.
