This role serves as a player/coach technical lead responsible for translating functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. Day to day, you?ll partner closely with Business, Product Owners, BAs, and Architecture to analyze requirements, perform impact assessments, design API and application orchestrations, and produce technical solution documentation. You?ll lead and mentor a team of developers, review code and unit tests, author business rules and backend SQL/PL/SQL logic, and ensure adherence to quality, design standards, and strategic best practices.
