The Client Services Leader will develop new business and maintain high-value relationships with key districts and divisions of TXDOT, toll authorities like HCTRA and NTTA, and other local/regional... clients. They will develop and manage client teams, including project managers, technical specialists, national leaders, and junior staff, to create strategic capture plans, proposals, presentations, and other business development efforts.
