Maintain familiarity with state and federal regulations and agencies, including: Texas Commission on Environmental Quality U.S. Army Corps of Engineers U.S. Environmental Protection Agency U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Experience with: SPCC, SWPPP, permitting delineation, endangered species reports. Focus areas: Agency-driven, Army Corps, NEPA, Fish and Wildlife, TCEQ, CEQA, local permitting, federally funded projects, NEPA rules, EP&P side, Fish and Wildlife, Waters of the US, wetlands.Additional Information Position is anticipated to be 80% office work / 20% field work. Some travel (local/overnight) may be required. Onsite presence: 3-4 days a week in the office, with some field work as needed.
