The primary purpose of this position is to manage the preparation and coordination of all external financial reporting requirements, accounting research and resolution of complex accounting issues,... new accounting guidance and reporting governance application and implementation, monitoring and updating of financial controls to comply with Sarbanes Oxley and other internal control requirements and development and implementation of global accounting policies. This position will also assist the Chief Accounting Officer with various special projects and work closely with senior management.
