Insight Global is looking for a Finance Manager for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity that sits onsite in Montrose, PA or Houston, TX (with frequent travel). This Finance Manager will be... responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the operating unit. They will provide critical insights into the financial health of day-to-day operations to help drive informed decision making regarding resource use, cost efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities: Prepare annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor monthly financial close and reporting processes in compliance with US GAAP. Analyze and monitor expenditures, with emphasis on chemicals, energy and labor. Support operational and commercial teams with financial insight and decision support. Prepare and present monthly management reports including P&L with analysis of key metrics. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items. Ensure accuracy and data integrity in ERP system. Monitor capital expenditures and assist in ROI analysis for new equipment and infrastructure upgrades. Coordinate with auditors during audits.
