An employer is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join one of our largest national financial services clients for a contract-to-hire opportunity. In this role you?ll join a... growing team and work cross-functionally between stakeholders and developers to set up Event Driven Architecture and ensure roadblocks are alleviated so developers can effectively push out usable code. This client is primarily focused on wealth management, with their banking & lending application which leverages several external bank partnerships. The ideal candidate comes from a banking background and has hands-on experience working as a business analyst partnering with developers to set up the architecture for real time transactions with Kafka. Any prior experience working with developers who are building Microservices and APIs from scratch will help you be successful on this team. This role does not require that you come from a coding background, but you must be technical enough to keep up in having conversations with technical teams. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire with potential for conversion after the initial 6-month period. This team goes on site 4 days / week, typically Monday ?
