Ensure customer organization compliance with government, Air Force, and local policies and regulation for hardware asset management.? Be appointed as alternate property custodian and perform applicable responsibilities (i.e., reconciliations, established custodial responsibilities, documentation etc.) at the request of the Primary Custodian.? Prepare all required documentation i.e., Staff Summary Sheets, Appointment letters, tech refresh recommendations and ROS?s when required for government signing and approval workflow as requested.? Perform lifecycle management duties, requirements IAW established guidance and procedures as requested.? Accomplish local training and utilize approved tracking tools/databases/SharePoint site in performance of unit IT PC management.? Provide guidance to customer organization personnel on asset management.?
