Key Responsibilities: ? Engineer and setup POS and commerce solutions as we open new accounts and locations.? Maintain application and user security, adhering to Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.? Build and maintain POS menus, process new item requests, and manage data for dashboards.? Programming of payment keys, discounts, and menu templates for point-of-sale touchscreens.? Manage deployments and upgrades, ensuring environment stability and proper documentation.? Champion excellent customer service by resolving issues efficiently, communicating clearly, and building strong relationships with our field users.? Document current configurations and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain efficiency. ?
