The Senior Paralegal supports litigation, contracting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional risk management efforts. This role requires attorney supervision and frequent collaboration with business unit leadership.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Primary Responsibilities - Litigation Support- Manage service of process and coordinate litigation matters from intake to resolution.- Maintain litigation case files, ensuring accurate electronic and physical recordkeeping.- Coordinate discovery, including document preservation, collection, review, and production.- Liaise with outside counsel, expert witnesses, and internal stakeholders.- Track all critical litigation deadlines, ensuring timely compliance with court and regulatory requirements.- Prepare litigation status reports for the Head of Legal and COO.
