Additional key responsibilities include:- Project Leadership: Drive and manage ERP and system-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.- System Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for Infor CloudSuite, overseeing all GL-related modules and maintaining system integrity.- Chart of Accounts Management: Manage and maintain the entire chart of accounts within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.- Module Maintenance: Handle report hierarchies, and updates to any module with GL components.- System Testing: Participate in detailed bi-annual CloudSuite testing cycles and act as the primary coordinator for testing activities across accounts, cash management, accounts payable, and supply chain processes.- Process Improvement: Join project meetings to implement process improvements and optimize ERP structure.- Department Setup: Oversee onboarding of new divisions or companies, including screening and vetting processes to ensure best practices.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage effectively with accountants, finance professionals, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate financial reporting.- Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for finance users experiencing system issues before escalation to IT; collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve outages.- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.- ERP Integration: Work with other ERP administrators to maintain BlackLine and support finance-related ERP projects.- Training Support: Provide backup training for new finance hires once stabilized, supporting the primary trainer in ERP and BlackLine systems.- Team Collaboration: Work within a small team, providing mutual troubleshooting support and fostering a collaborative environment.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
