This role sits inside the tax domain team and works closely with product and engineering to... ensure multi-state tax workflows reflect how tax teams and tax authorities actually operate.-Own end-to-end client onboarding and implementation, from kickoff through steady-state adoption-Lead delivery of tax technology engagements using 1?2+ years of client transactional data-Partner with engineering and data teams on ingestion, reconciliation, and issue resolution-Apply Sales & Use Tax judgment to validate results and identify incorrect tax outcomes-Incorporate client-specific rulings, facts, and authority guidance into implementations-Deliver client demos showcasing high-value transactions and outcomes-Proactively identify delivery risks, unblock issues, and escalate strategicallyWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
