Program Oversight \u0026 Execution?Manage interdependencies across multiple Agile teams and traditional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. ?Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and financial variance analysis. ?Track and report program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders with transparency and accuracy. Backlog \u0026 Planning Leadership?Develop and maintain strategic program backlogs in collaboration with value stream leaders. ?Support estimation, prioritization, and capacity planning to optimize delivery outcomes.?Coordinate PI Planning logistics, including feature decomposition, dependency mapping, and iteration planning.
