We are hiring At-The-Elbow support specialists to provide at the elbow support for EpicCare Ambulatory and Cadence in outpatient clinical settings. They will be supporting front desk staff with... scheduling, check in, registration, and appointment workflows using Cadence. They will assist clinicians and clinical staff with Epic Cadence/Ambulatory documentation, chart navigation, and daily workflows. These specialists will need to deliver clear, professional, and patient training to end users with varying levels of Epic experience. They will need to answer workflow questions, reinforce best practices, and assist users in resolving issues in real time and identify common user challenges and escalate system related issues to the appropriate team as needed.
