This position plays a key leadership role in coordinating field operations, managing... crews, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on-site. - Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring project progress.- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, project managers, and internal teams for current and upcoming projects.- Control crew costs by optimizing manpower, work methods, and equipment utilization.- Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to pre-plan work schedules, manpower levels, materials, and equipment needs to ensure project productivity.- Coordinate with subcontractors and manage delivery of materials and equipment.- Interpret specifications and blueprints to determine construction requirements and plan work procedures.- Set and oversee production goals, including daily production tracking.- Manage equipment and material resources to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.- Inspect work progress, equipment, and job sites to verify safety and compliance with project specifications.- Conduct safety training for assigned personnel in accordance with company procedures.- Investigate accident reports and damage claims; act as a designated representative to resolve minor damage or injury claims.- Complete and submit daily Foreman Reports to the Superintendent.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
