Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt, professional service by responding to client inquiries and addressing individual coverage needs- Manage assigned personal lines accounts with a focus on high-net-worth and VIP clients- Conduct proactive renewal reviews per segmentation workflow to assess coverage, recommend enhancements, round accounts, and identify cross-sell opportunities- Communicate regularly with clients to maintain relationships and uncover account growth opportunities- Write new business, support account rounding, and seek referrals from existing clients and external sources- Refer clients and prospects to other divisions within the organization when appropriate- Make policy placement decisions based on client needs, agency standards, and carrier guidelines- Underwrite individual risks to ensure compliance with agency and carrier requirements- Gather and secure all required submission and intake information, including quotes and carrier comparisons- Keep Sales Executives and management informed of significant account activity when applicable- Notify leadership immediately upon receipt of cancellation requests and contact clients within one business day to attempt retention- Maintain confidentiality of all client, staff, and agency information- Stay current on insurance industry changes and carrier updates- Adhere to established workflows and procedures to minimize E&O exposure and promptly report any actual or potential E&O claims- Build strong internal relationships and act as a mentor to other team members- Perform additional duties and projects as assignedWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
