Day to day / job description?Monitor and manage ocean shipments from origin port through final delivery?Track vessel schedules, congestion, ETAs, and capacity constraints?Proactively manage shipment... exceptions and disruptions?Act as liaison between carriers, NVOCCs, forwarders, ports, brokers, and internal stakeholders?Analyze carrier performance and support service lane strategies?Conduct root cause analysis on shipment issues and drive resolution?Build reports/dashboards and provide insights on trends and risks?Identify cost savings opportunities and dispute accessorial charges?Ensure compliance with international trade and customs requirements?Support process improvements, system enhancements, and carrier onboardingWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
