Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a top client operating in a data-forward environment. This individual will sit at the intersection of business and technology, supporting data initiatives from ingestion through reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on SQL experience, and a deep understanding of data flows, modeling, and lineage. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, well-documented, and actionable.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Business Analyst experience in data-driven environments
Intermediate SQL skills (writing queries, validating data, supporting analysis)
Strong analytical and data background
Experience with source-to-target mapping
Hands-on exposure to data modeling and data lineage
Understanding of end-to-end data flows across systems
Experience working with reporting or analytics layers (BI, dashboards, metrics)
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
