In this role you?ll join a growing team of about 15 individuals (1 service... designer, 5 other UX researchers and 8 designers / capability owners). This client is currently working to reprioritize their 5 priority pillars, which are:1.Ultra-High Net Worth2.Banking & Lending3.Advisor & Client Platforms4.Foundations (Data Operations, Backend processes)5.New Client Onboarding. In this role you?ll primarily toggle between supporting the Ultra High Net Worth and Banking & Lending pillars, and lead end to end research. This will include analyzing the best way to approach research and build relationships with leaders heading up initiatives under each pillar. You?ll also fill gaps in knowledge and work cross functionally with stakeholders and team members to strategically push these initiatives forward. This role will also include partnering cross-country with other designers and mentoring more junior designers.
