JOB DESCRIPTION:Insight Global's CPG Manufacturing client is looking to bring on a Senior HR Manager to their Fort Smith, AR, facility. The Senior HR Manager provides hands-on, on-site HR leadership... for a manufacturing operation with multiple assembly lines and a warehouse, supporting a workforce of 200+ employees across hourly, supervisory, and salaried populations. This role partners closely with leadership while maintaining a strong floor presence?walking the production areas, coaching employees at all levels, and applying a practical manufacturing mindset to people decisions. Responsibilities include workforce planning and staffing, budget awareness, engagement survey execution, and day-to-day HR administration.
