Use statistical analysis methods to effectively analyze maintenance process concerns and performance gaps. ? Ensure that Control Plans, standard work, concepts and tools are being utilized effectively to createmaintenance process stability and control.? Monitor Maintenance related process performance to ensure that stated objectives are being met in terms of safety, maintenance quality and productivity.? The ECSO assists in the overall planning, design, installation, and has direct first line responsibility for effective operation of ECSs and associated metering and/or measuring devices.
