Ping Process Consultant (REMOTE)

They have stared a Foundation to provide financial support to the communities to help with areas such as maternal health, mental health, scholarships, free health services/screenings, etc. The role will encompass two main functions: 1st to build out intake process for Ping which is more of an internal workflow leveraging tools such as a Sharepoint Form, Teams or Excel ; 2nd will be to triage items that come into team's Ping queue. They will sometimes need to troubleshoot; for example, it could be a simple question and they can respond to take off the request from the queue, but sometimes it's more difficult and they will need to determine priority. If there is a critical event happening they will need to escalate accordingly. This resource must have excellent communication and ability to interface with customers directly to solve issues and manage customer expectations. They will be handling and coordinating all activities within Ping, and eventually this process will be automated and self-service.Compensation:$50/hr to $55/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
