Insight Global is seeking a Production Support Engineer for a full-time opportunity with a large Banking client. This person will work a hybrid schedule out of the Mt. Laurel, NJ or Ft. Lauderdale,... FL office. This team focuses mainly on application support, and has the dual responsibility of delivery and operations. This resource will operate on pre-implemented DevOps pipelines, and will have a role that stands between delivery and quality to ensure operability standards are met. It is this person's responsibility to make sure that all code is stable and secure in production. Additionally, they will act as the L3 point of escalation for applications in production. They will be expected to be able to triage code related issues on high-traffic web applications.The application is built on Java, Spring Boot, Restful API's and all microservices are hosted on Linux.
