This individual will also maintain relationships with foundations, corporations, and grant-making organizations to drive ongoing funding opportunities, while ensuring compliance with grant guidelines, reporting requirements, and post-award execution. Additionally, they will support implementation of funded programs and represent Orlando Health externally by engaging with community partners, funders, and key stakeholders.? Own and grow a grants portfolio aligned to priority initiatives across Alabama hospitals (ex: behavioral health, community health, human trafficking)? Identify and evaluate new funding opportunities (local, state, federal, and private foundations)? Lead the full grant lifecycle including writing proposals, developing budgets, and managing submissions? Partner with hospital executives, internal teams, and community organizations to develop and validate program initiatives? Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders, shaping ideas into fundable, high-impact proposals? Build and maintain relationships with foundations, corporations, and funding partners? Track and manage all grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and compliance guidelines? Support execution of funded programs, ensuring alignment with grant intent and organizational goals?
