The Junior Analyst develops and supports analytic deliverables across the business, including sales and performance reporting, marketing and campaign analytics, dealer and customer insights, and... dashboard/data visualization. The role also conducts strategic ad hoc analysis to support business strategy, daily decision-making, and understanding of customer and marketing behavior trends. Works closely with business partners to identify analytic needs and deliver actionable insights.Compensation:$32/hr to $35/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
