Once acclimated with the work functions and business processes, this person will be able to independently run, end to end, with certain categories of data. They will also assist with quarter/fiscal year closing procedures at the business level, provide detailed reports, as well as open and manage purchase orders for business stakeholders. This role also requires someone to have strong team work skills, and ability/willingness to collaborate with finance and other data analysts in the organization for rolling up the monthly/quarterly spend for close, and have proficient organization and follow-up skills. This role is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST (excluding major holidays) and is an onsite at the client\u0027s facility in Spring, Texas, but will transition into a hybrid role (Tuesdays \u0026 Thursdays onsite) once they are proficient with the work deliverables. Support Responsibilities: Find and address risks to the service delivery and address and resolve issues before they impact service levels Guide the technical recovery of major system outages, working with numerous partners including the outsourced service delivery, application and support teams and act as an escalation point for difficult problems and complex inquiries Monitor all application support activities for IT applications including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, recommendation of resolution, installation, training, and script/code writing Be a subject matter expert on the Licensing business and how it relates to their use of Licensing and Publishing suite of applications Determine operational goals by studying operations; gather information; evaluate output requirements and formats Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures and ensuring documentation in generalWe are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
