Negotiates contracts and service-level agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of service. *Oversees accurate and timely processing of payroll data, including employee compensation, benefits, and tax withholdings. Generates payroll reports and analyzes data for accuracy and discrepancies. *Continuously identifies opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Leads payroll system enhancements and upgrades as needed. *Collaborates with internal and external auditors to ensure payroll data integrity and compliance.
