Facilitate key team ceremonies?including daily stand-up, planning, reviews, and retrospectives?to drive alignment, transparency, and learning. Backlog & Value Delivery: Partner closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain healthy, well-refined backlogs aligned to business outcomes. Help teams break down work into deliverable increments, clarify priorities, and maintain a sustainable pace of delivery. Flow Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Use delivery metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and flow trends to help teams understand how work moves through the system and identify opportunities to improve predictability and delivery effectiveness. Facilitate retrospectives and learning loops that lead to actionable improvements. Impediment & Systemic Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address obstacles impacting team effectiveness. Work with leadership and cross-functional partners to resolve systemic impediments and improve organizational processes that affect delivery. Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration across platform engineering, data engineering, analytics, and business teams.
