Insight Global is seeking an I&E Designer IV to join the team of 3 at a large upstream company in Houston, Texas. The company is seeking a highly experienced Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E)... Designer IV to support complex engineering and capital project initiatives based in Houston, Texas. This role is responsible for developing detailed electrical and instrumentation design packages for large industrial and energy facilities, including instrumentation layouts, loop and wiring diagrams, cable schedules, electrical one-lines, schematics, and equipment layouts. The I&E Designer IV works closely with engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate engineering requirements into construction-ready deliverables, support design and constructability reviews, and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and internal specifications such as NEC, API, ISA, and IEEE.
