This role is responsible for performing detailed data entry and validation work to support portfolio and mission tracking across... Smartsheet and Workboard. The individual will review historical mission and project data?often spanning six to nine months?by navigating Smartsheet cell histories to identify past status updates and manually transferring that information into Workboard, an OKR tracking tool. Because the data cannot be easily extracted through automated queries, the role requires careful, methodical spreadsheet work and strong attention to detail. The person must be able to read and understand mission objectives, key results, and current project status, assess whether historical status updates are relevant, and align those updates accurately to key results in order to support SLA compliance and trend analysis.
