An Insight Global customer is seeking a Sr. Environmental Facilities Engineer to oversee the environmental compliance and waste handling for a new manufacturing facility in North Phoenix. This role... is one of the first key roles being hired at this new facility so there is immense opportunity for upward mobility in the future. It is expected that this person is capable of making an immediate impact without much training or oversight. Key responsibilities include: - Ensure compliance with RCRA, EPA, TSCA, EPCRA, CERCLA and state/local regulations - Maintain environmental permits and documentation for hazardous waste storage, transportation, and disposal.- Oversee collection, segregation, recycling, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams.- Manage chemical inventories and waste characterization processes.- Prepare and submit regulatory reports (e.g., TRI, EPCRA, CERCLA notifications).This role will operate full-time on-site at the new facility, including working out of construction trailers until the office is open in about 12 months. This is a full-time role and we can offer a salary between $130k and $150k plus bonuses and a generous benefits package.
