This role will play a critical part in stabilizing and enhancing an inherited data platform from current vendor while also contributing to new development as the team?s roadmap evolves.Key Responsibilities:?Take ownership of an existing data engineering solution inherited from an incumbent vendor, including debugging, reverse engineering logic, and creating clear technical documentation?Serve as a liaison between the incumbent vendor and internal enterprise stakeholders, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and continuity?Maintain and support existing vendor-built tools and pipelines (~50% of role)?Design and develop new data engineering solutions and enhancements (~50% of role)?Work extensively within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, including OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI?Build and maintain data pipelines using Python and SQL?Apply strong logical reasoning to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and improve reliability?Embrace an AI-driven mindset, leveraging modern tools and concepts to improve efficiency and development practicesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
