The manager will lead a team of Legal Executive Assistants, ensuring high quality... administrative support for attorneys while driving operational efficiency, talent development, and continuous improvement across the department.Daily Responsibilities: ?Manage day to day departmental operations, including policies, procedures, and project initiatives?Maintain a strong on site presence to monitor workloads, address challenges, and improve team effectiveness?Recruit, develop, coach, and retain Legal Executive Assistants; address employee relation matters in partnership with HR and senior leadership?Lead weekly team huddles and conduct regular one on one meetings and performance reviews?Oversee workload distribution, scheduling, coverage planning, and overtime monitoring?Partner with senior leadership on lawyer onboarding and departures, including file transitions and utilization guidance?Identify productivity or morale issues and collaborate on solutions?Drive process improvements related to people, technology, and workflows aligned with best practicesThis is a full-time position, hybrid 4 days a week, in NYC. Compensation:$150,000 per year annual salary. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
