Insight Global is looking for a Product Information Management (PIM) Systems Administrator who will be responsible for overseeing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of our client's PIM system... to ensure that product data is accurate, consistent, and readily accessible across various business functions. Manage daily operations of the PIM system. Serve as the product data SME, ensuring quality and consistency. Configure workflows, data models, attributes, and product families. Manage user roles and access. Communicate system updates, outages, and enhancements to users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and support data integration with PLM, ERP, CRM, and other systems. Execute and validate product data imports/exports. Automate outbound data flows to ensure a single source of truth across platforms. Customize PIM to meet business unit and sales/marketing needs. Implement data governance controls. Partner with technical teams on feature enhancements and integrations. Provide end-user support and troubleshoot system/data issues. Develop SOPs, guides, and onboarding materials. Conduct training and offer refreshers on PIM best practices. Enforce data quality standards and governance policies. Perform regular audits and clean-ups to maintain data integrity. Generate reports on data performance and system health. Track system uptime and vendor SLA compliance.
